Host your Event with us!

The High Country Orchard event barn is available for gatherings, conferences & dinners that end by 9pm.

 

Option 1: FACILITY RENTAL ONLY, NO FOOD PROVIDED

 

EVENT BARN: You can rent the event barn and surrounding outdoor area.

~ Weekends $750, weekdays $550 (typically not available for Saturdays but can ask!)

~ 4 hours (includes your time needed for set up and

   tear down)

~ Additional hours are $120/hour

~ Includes tables and chairs for up to 200

~ Microphone & speakers

~ Ipod / computer music hookup

~ Projector and 110" screen

~ Bring in own caterer or own food (GreenBluff Fresh is a local favorite or ours!)

~ No linens, decorations or event coordinator

~ Must conclude loud party time by 7pm, live music, conference or dinner by 9pm

~ Bathrooms included

~ Electrical access, water access (but no kitchen), outdoor prep table

~ May bring in beer & wine, with the use of our bartender for an additional 30/hr.

~ Non-refundable downpayment of $300 to reserve

 

 

AWNING: For smaller groups, rental of the awning area up by the store and smaller kiddie playground is $50/hour. Awning holds up to about 35 people comfortably. You can bring in own food. Access to kiddie playground, grassy area behind store and bathrooms but no volleyball court. Must conclude in this area by 6pm if just renting out space, until 9pm if we are catering a dinner for you. $100 non-refundable down payment to reserve.

COVERED PATIO (only available after store hours): Groups between 15-35 guests. 4 hours total (including set up & clean up) Great for reception dinners, rehearsal dinners, gatherings! Our patio is covered and has a garden surrounding it with lights. May bring in your own food & drinks with the use of our HCO bartender. Party must conclude by 9PM. $300 to rent the space. **Not available on weekends during October.
