Conferences, Celebrations, Luncheons

The High Country Orchard event barn is available for gatherings that end by 6pm (can stay past that for cleanup) or conferences & dinners that end by 9pm. (i.e. no loud people or music past 6pm).

 

Option 1: FACILITY RENTAL ONLY, NO FOOD PROVIDED

 

EVENT BARN: You can rent the event barn and surrounding outdoor area.

~ Sundays $500, weekdays $300

~ 4 hours (includes your time needed for set up and

   tear down)

~ Additional hours are $75/hour

~ Includes tables and chairs for up to 200

~ Microphone & speakers

~ Ipod / computer music hookup

~ Projector and 110" screen

~ Bring in own caterer or own food (yes, we do have a catering option. Please see below)

~ Volleyball court and playground access

~ No linens, decorations or event coordinator

~ Must conclude loud party time by 6pm, conference or dinner by 9pm

~ Bathrooms included

~ Arbor included

~ Electrical access, water access (but no kitchen), outdoor prep table

~ Licensed bartender and $15 banquet license (county requirement - get online super easy) required if serving alcohol - wine and beer only. We can provide bartender at $30/hr if needed.

~ Non-refundable downpayment of $300 to reserve

AWNING: For smaller groups, rental of the awning area up by the store and smaller kiddie playground is $50/hour. Awning holds up to about 35 people comfortably. You can bring in own food. No linens, decorations or speaker systems included. Access to kiddie playground, grassy area behind store and bathrooms but no volleyball court. Must conclude in this area by 6pm if just renting out space, until 9pm if we are catering a dinner for you. $100 non-refundable downpayment to reserve.

Option 2: FULLY CATERED RECEPTION

WHEN you order one of the following catering options, awning rental is a reduced rate of $100 total for up to 4 hours (parties between 15 -35) and $150 (weekdays) or $250 (weekends) in the event barn for up to four hours (parties of 36 or more)

All of the following options include:

  • Full use of facility -  total of 4 hours, including decorating/set up

  • Downpayment $300 to reserve

  • Remainder due 10 days before luncheon

  • 15% discount at store on day of your luncheon

  • Tablecloths and Standard Centerpieces

  • Disposable Plates, Silverware and Napkins

  • Service Personnel

  • Set-up, Clean-up and Trash Removal

  • Can upgrade silverware and dishes for $1.50/person (up to 125 people)

  • MUST have a MINIMUM of 15 people for Lunch option #1&2 and a minimum of 30 for options #3-#8

Morning Catering Options:

Option #1   Continental Breakfast

$9.95 +tax & 15% gratuity

  • Yogurt w/granola

  • Huckleberry Scones

  • Fruit 

  • Cereal

  • Orange Juice, Coffee, Water

  • Can provide Mimosa bar ($5/drink or $8/person)

Option #2   Hot Breakfast

$12.95 +tax & 15% gratuity

  • Scrambled Eggs (can add green peppers, ham, green onions, cheese)

  • Fresh Fruit Tray

  • Bacon or Sausage

  • Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoes or Huckleberry Pancakes (can provide both for $2 extra/person)

  • Orange Juice, Coffee, Water

  • Can provide Mimosa bar ($5/drink or $8/person)

Option #3   Mid Morning Snack

$9.95 +tax & 15% gratuity

  • Cherry or Huckleberry Scones

  • Fresh Fruit Tray

  • Charcuterie Tray (Gourmet Cheeses, crackers, green olives, roasted almonds)

  • Coffee, Lemonade, Ice Tea, Water

  • Can provide Mimosa bar ($5/drink or $8/person)

Lunch Catering Options:

Option #1   Summer Lunch (Minimum 15 people)

$12.95 +tax & 15% gratuity

  • Large 1/2 Deli Sandwich on Freshly Baked Bread

  • Choice of 2 Salads: Caesar, Spinach Penne, Potato or Tomato Broccoli

  • Lemonade and/or Ice Tea & Coffee

  • Can provide bar with fresh micro brew options and local wines

Option #2   American Taco Bar (minimum 15 people)
