• Event Barn with two large covered patios. Available from 9 AM to 9 PM and 2 hours for your rehearsal the day prior

• Bridal Cottage with A/C - Where all your girls can hang, take photos, get ready and enjoy some time together before you say I Do! 

• Groom’s Room with pool table, fridge and couches 

• Full access to playground behind venue and little kid playground next to store

• Canopy on patio over gift table

• Inside seating capacity for 200

• Two handicap-accessible real restrooms.

• On-site parking area

• Complete set-up and clean-up. 

• 20 gorgeous wooden farm tables & benches

• Catalog of free decorations to choose from

• Amazing, talented wedding coordinator.

• Option for sandwich platters from HCO kitchen (sold separately)

• How do I reserve? You can either choose one non-refundable down payment of $2000, or 3 non-refundable payments of $700 (1 per month) to reserve your date.

• We take cash, credit card or check. All down payments are non-refundable.

For the bride who wants us to handle all the hassle.

• High Country Orchard, including but not limited to the grounds, amenities, store (during business hours), playgrounds for kids, and sand volleyball court.

• Photography by Stolen Images

• (8 hours, engagement session, full rights edited images, print release, online gallery, gift box of prints)

• DJ by Complete Sound for 6 hours with complete set up

• Cold beer from our locals - New Maitland, Big Barn, Yaya, Inland Cider Mill OR, Brewery of your choice if accessible.

• Wine from our own private label

 

Pricing ($5000 deposit):
 

• ​$13,750 for up to 75 people. (Additional people $40/each + tax)

• $14,750 for 100 people +tax)

• $16,750 for 150 people +tax)

• $18,750 for 200 people +tax)
